CivicScience is Intelligent Online Polling™
CivicScience develops software applications, web portals, and social media polling tools that engage consumers where they travel online. Our proprietary technology generates highly-personalized questions for web users and relevant answers for marketers. Our obsession with the user experience ensures maximum customer engagement and loyalty toward your brand.
CivicScience is Automated Marketing Intelligence
Most businesses today have more customer data than they can manage. Purchase data, click-stream data, sales and CRM data. It's everywhere. But few companies have the time or the resources to mine that data for real business insights.
CivicScience knows that the attitudes of your customers will change before their behaviors do. So we help you monitor the attitudes of your customers in real-time, while reducing the burdens on your team and your budget.
CivicScience Will Help Your Organization Grow
CivicScience generates insights into your customers that will increase your advertising and sales revenue. Or, use our web applications to generate entirely new revenue on your website. Your customers will thank you for giving them a convenient, rewarding way to tell you how they feel. And you will get smarter every day.
Customers and Partners
CivicScience has had the pleasure of working with some of the world's most prominent and forward-thinking organizations in media, sports, technology, professional services, and the non-profit sector. Here is a small sample:
Since November of 2008, CivicScience has helped the Pittsburgh Steelers understand their fan base on entirely new levels. Using our CS BallotBox™ technology, the Steelers have engaged over 240,000 fans, capturing over 1,500,000 observations about their demographic characteristics, fan habits, merchandise preferences, and more. Specific insights about the growing percentage of single, affluent professional female fans and out-of-state residents, who regularly travel to Pittsburgh, have fueled the Steelers with new, high-value advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
ClearChannel, the global media and communications giant, began using CivicScience in early 2009 to analyze the demographic and consumer characteristics of their online audience in Western Pennsylvania. Using our CS BallotBox™ technology ClearChannel is running weekly user polls on each of its seven Pittsburgh-based radio affiliates to understand the differences and trends of each audience.
The National Rifle Association used the CS PanelManager™ to establish the NRA Online Advisory Panel, a vibrant social network of their members. Through weekly online surveys, user forums, and polls, the NRA has engaged over 220,000 members, capturing over 2,600,000 observations on their demographics, political views, consumer habits, and their attitudes toward relevant brands and products. The organization is using this data to leverage new sponsorships and affiliations and to grow new membership.
Campos Inc., one of the leading marketing research consulting firms in the Midwest, partnered with CivicScience in September 2009 to begin using our software platform to conduct custom online research for their stable of marquee clients. The CS PanelManager™ and CS BallotBox™ tools have enabled Campos to collect real-time insights for their customers at a fraction of the cost of traditional opinion-gathering techniques.
